Ordering Your Columbia State Transcript
An official transcript is a complete record of your academic courses at Columbia State Community College, including all classes attempted, final grades earned, and degrees awarded. Current and former students may obtain official copies of their transcripts using the methods below.
Electronic Transcripts via the National Student Clearinghouse
Current and former students can place an electronic transcript request through the National Student Clearinghouse using their Columbia State Student A# or Social Security Number. This is the quickest and most secure method for transcript delivery. A minimal processing fee may apply. If you have any questions, please contact records@columbiastate.edu.

Students Currently Enrolled in Columbia State Classes
Using the "Send Now – As Is" option will send your transcript immediately. Transcripts sent during the semester, or before grades have been finalized, will show current semester classes as "In Progress." If placing a transcript request during the semester, use the "After Grades Post" or "After Degree Posts" option to ensure your transcript shows final grades.
Former Columbia State Students, Including Recent Graduates
If you have withdrawn from Columbia State, transferred to another school, or completed your degree, please use the "Send Now – As Is" option.
Columbia State Community College is partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to deliver secure, encrypted eTranscripts via PDF. Electronic transcripts may be delivered directly to another College or University, Employer, Professional Organization, or directly to the student.
Transcript requests are typically processed within a few hours but may take longer during peak registration, the end of the semester, or if there is a discrepancy between Columbia State's records and the information submitted by the student. The recipient will be notified via email when the transcript is ready for download.
Physical (Paper) Transcripts Delivered via USPS
Current and former students may also place a request for a physical, paper copy of their official transcript to be delivered through the United States Postal Service. There is no charge for this service.
Please fill out the Transcript Request Form and return it using any method listed on the form. Emailed forms will have the shortest processing time and will be mailed within 3–5 business days. If you have any questions, please contact records@columbiastate.edu.
Physical transcripts are considered official as long as they remain in the original, sealed envelope. Physical transcripts may be sent directly to another College or University, Employer, Professional Organization, or directly to the student.
