Sat., March 21, 2026 - This fun-filled day benefits Columbia State students at the Williamson Campus and also features the Chargers Walk (1-mile stroll) and Chargers Trot (fun for kids)!

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the lobby on the first floor of the Arts & Technology Building on the Williamson Campus.		 Saturday, March 21, 2026
Check In: 7 a.m.
Chargers 5K: 8 a.m.
Chargers Walk: 8:15 a.m. (approximately)
Chargers Trot (for children up to age 10): 9 a.m. (by age group)
Kids’ Zone: Available from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. For safety, children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver at all times.

  • Regular Registration: Tues., Feb. 24 - Fri., March 20, 2026 - $35  (T-shirt while supplies last)
  • Day-of Registration: Sat., March 21, 2026 - $40  (T-shirt not guaranteed)
  • All participants will receive a medal.

FREE! Sign up online beginning Mon., Jan. 5, 2026, at 12 p.m. CST. The Chargers Trot is designed for children up to age 10. All children are welcome to experience the Kids' Zone. Chargers Trot participants will receive a ribbon.

5k Information

Racecourse
The course begins and ends on Columbia State’s Williamson Campus, winding along Liberty Pike, Turning Wheel Lane, Ovation Parkway, and Knoll Top Lane. Enjoy tree-lined streets and campus sights along the way. Course layout subject to change without notice.

In the very unlikely event that weather throws a lightning bolt our way, the event may be cancelled for safety reasons. If that happens, the race will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be issued, since all proceeds benefit our students.

But don’t worry — registered participants will still receive medals, and those who signed up by February 23 will also receive their commemorative T-shirts. T-shirts will also be available for other registrants while supplies last. Information will be sent regarding how and where to pick up items.
